The Nook
Originally designed for spacious family living, the project faced a new challenge as the homeowners approached retirement. The goal was clear: downsize the family living area and transform the rest into rental apartments for maximum efficiency.
Executing this transformation demanded meticulous planning and scheduling, particularly since residents would remain on-site during construction. Budget constraints and the need to repurpose existing furniture further added to the complexity. To address these challenges, we divided the project into manageable phases, ultimately achieving a successful outcome.
